Whether you’re chasing a specific goal, rebuilding strength, or just want expert eyes on every lift, this is where progress gets personal.

You’ll work directly with a London Weightlifting coach to build a programme that fits your body, schedule, and ambitions — with technical feedback, structured planning, and hands-on support every step of the way.

It all starts with a free 30 minute initial session.

Single Session – £100

5 Sessions – £375 (£75/session)

10 Sessions – £700 (£70/session)

3 Sessions per week – £838 per month (£65/session)

Access to our premium training facility is included while your pack is active — use the gym outside of your sessions for extra training or skill work.

Online

Fully bespoke programming tailored to your goals, schedule, and training setup

£199/month

Includes weekly programming, a weekly check in, and 1x in-person class per week if you want to come down for a technique check.
